Top Five Strategies to a Successful Oral Presentation

1. Prepare your presentation and practise speaking it out loud.

2. Tell your audience what your main points/arguments are.

3. Tell your audience how your talk is organised.

4. Let your audience know you understand the topic. Give them credit for what they already know.

5. Signal that you're about to finish. Summarise your main points and end on a positive note.

  • Login to our email account and send an email with an attachment to another student
  • Login to 'MyECU' and use 'Blackboard'

Assessment 1 Progress

To get started on assessment 1 we were required to create a weblog using blogger.com. As you can see I was successful in creating my account.

The next step was to create an account at imageshack.us and learn how to create screenshots and save them as .jpg's. With these .jpg files I can now post them into my blog.
